We now have a new POTUS. No matter what you think about his politics, Donald Trump is a real estate guy at heart. He's spent a big chunk of his life buying, selling, and developing properties, so it's no surprise that he tends to look out for real estate interests. Whether it's through tax breaks or other policies, you can bet that real estate investing is something he'll always have a soft spot for. I will be proactively using this to my advantage and will be starting 2025 looking for deals and tax incentives. I suggest you do the same!
