5 Books to Change Your Financial Trajectory
(And the links to download them for free)
If you want to:
Better yourself
Become a superior investor
Protect your hard-earned money from Uncle Sam
Then you need a blueprint.
These are the top 5 books that changed my trajectory & a folder to access them all (don’t tell the authors).
The Foundation: Mindset and Spirit
1. The Bible
This is the ultimate guide to enhancing who you are and putting you in a better spirit.
I’m not perfect and neither are you, but chasing the character of Jesus Christ provides a better mindset for everything else you do.
2. Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
This book shifted me away from trading my time for money in sales and baseball.
It teaches that the wealthy focus on owning assets and using passive income and depreciation to offset taxes.
The Strategy: Taxes and Banking
3. Becoming Your Own Banker by Nelson Nash
This introduces the Infinite Banking Concept.
It shows you how to use whole life insurance to redirect interest back to yourself that would otherwise go to lenders.
4. Tax-Free Wealth by Tom Wheelwright
This helped me discover that taxes are actually incentives from the government.
When you align your behavior with what the IRS wants, you are rewarded with deductions, abatements, and subsidies.
Pro Tip: Check out Chapter 7 for the "phantom expense" known as depreciation.
The Vehicle: Scaling with CRE
5. Commercial Real Estate Investing by Dolph de Roos
This was my "next step" after Kiyosaki to learn why commercial property is superior to residential.
It covers the differences in tenants, longer lease lengths, and how to do much larger deals without changing your daily life.
Take action & download these below:
Now I hesitate to create this folder and offer these books to you for free, because most people won’t take action on assets that they don’t pay for.
I’m trusting that you will be one of the rare ones who take advantage of resources that land in your lap like this.
Once you’re done reading, and you want to learn how to buy warehouses with no money down and change your lifestyle for you and your family, let’s get to work.
If you’re wondering if our CRE investment group is legit, check out what other members are saying about it:
“I bought my first $1.5M industrial warehouse space after joining the CRE Collective” Richard B. | “I acquired a $2.1M CRE portfolio after joining the CRE Collective with no prior real estate investing experience” Dustin B. | “I am recommending the CRE Collective to my closest friends and family!” Adam E. |
